Kornerstone International Academy, backed by Zhongfang Land Development of Ningxia, invited world-renowned architect Yang Shi from HyperSity to create a safe, green, and sustainable space for our youngsters. This treasured (costing RMB55,000,000) but sensible learning space fashioned a visual feast for the community, and was selected to receive a top award in the 2018 annual Interior Design Conference.

Next door to Jingbo Elementary School, Kornerstone is three-story high with 6,753 square meters interior space and 4,602 square meters outdoor space (including 1,758 square meters of landscaping). Futhermore, the school is equipped with digital monitoring system to assist communication and coordination with parents and employees. The complete design emphasizes   the fact that children are our focus, and they are entitled to a rich and lively environment to engage in learning and growing. This is evidenced by the quality of the materials chosen for the building and surrounding area.

Besides 15 classrooms, there are also ten learning centers situated strategically in the building: Music & Dance, Homemaking, Recycled Arts, Blocks, Sensory, Multi-media, Science Discovery, and Library. For the safety and health of our children, each classroom is outfitted with high quality air purifier, all natural wood furnitures, and filtered drinking device.
